EZmeetingAI is an instant transcription tool that records the conversation and instantly converts the audio into text. It can be used in all kinds of scenarios such as meetings, interviews, etc, helping you to work efficiently.
What are the payment methods?
We accept credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card
What is the refund policy?
We offer service on subscription. If you no longer require our service, you can unsubscribe anytime. However, the subscription fee for the month you unsubscribe is non-refundable. Also, there is a free trial that you can try out before making a purchase.
Can I export the documents?
Yes, the text documents will be stored in your account and are available for you to download anytime. Documents are available in .doc format for easy editing.
Can I request an invoice?
We can issue duplicate or triplicate invoices to facilitate your company procedure.
Please provide the following information for invoice preparation:
Email under the registered account, total amount, invoice header, tax ID number, address, recipient name and contact number
