What is the refund policy?
We offer service on subscription. If you no longer require our service, you can unsubscribe anytime. However, the subscription fee for the month you unsubscribe is non-refundable. Also, there is a free trial that you can try out before making a purchase.
Can I export the documents?
Yes, the text documents will be stored in your account and are available for you to download anytime. Documents are available in .doc format for easy editing.
Can I request an invoice?
We can issue duplicate or triplicate invoices to facilitate your company procedure.
